Stuck swap

If you experience that your coins haven't been swapped even you started the swap process more than 48 hours ago, there is a 99% chance you have not pressed continue at step 6 of the app or step 19 of the original tutorial. Before you support contact please make sure you are at step 7 of the swap.

1. Open the swap app and verify which stage you are at. To open the swap app, scan the QR code down below.

2. If you see the following picture, press the big green button that says "CONTINUE 😎".

3. If you see anything else other than the picture above, contact support and send them a screenshot of what the app shows. Support can be reached via support@casinocoin.im
